Through partnerships with various institutions and organizations, DONAFARM FRESH LTD trains youth in modern agriculture and provides internship opportunities. This initiative has already helped many young people find employment and build a better future for themselves and their communities.

To add value to chili pepper production within the country, DONAFARM FRESH LTD established a chili processing factory. This model facility collects chili produce from farmers across Rwanda and adds value by processing it into high-quality products like paste, sauce, powder, and flakes — ready for kitchen and table use. This not only creates jobs but also reduces post-harvest losses and increases farmers’ profit margins.

DONAFARM FRESH LTD is committed to boosting Rwanda’s export sector. It helps farmers prepare and process their produce to meet international quality standards, provides them with reliable and certified seedlings, offers technical guidance, and supports them in accessing local, regional, and international markets.

To address the challenges of climate change, DONAFARM FRESH LTD builds greenhouses where vegetables and fruits can thrive regardless of rainfall variability. This enables farmers to harvest more frequently and increase productivity, even on small plots of land.
